In the event that a tenancy does not proceed after references have been initiated, a charge of £50 + VAT per applicant will apply to cover referencing costs already incurred.

Reposit is subject to referencing and eligibility checks and we may receive a small commission when tenants use this service. We also work with RentGuarantor, offering extra security for landlords and flexibility for tenants. Landlords can opt in/out of these options by giving us notice in writing.
